Thus, we do not offer refunds under any conditions for our Honeydew Holistics LLC products, services, or events with respects to the intimate usage, perishable quality or personal nature of our products, information and services by Honeydew Holistics LLC.

All sales of goods & services are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable. This includes yoni steaming appointments also. You have up until 24 hours before your scheduled session to reschedule. No exceptions can be made.

Clients or customers of products, information or services may not hold Honeydew Holistics LLC accountable for any purchases, usage of products, information or services, or the adverse state of the individual clients, customer or purchasers thereafter usage, purchases or received services offered through honeydewholistics.com Honeydew Holistics LLC.

Exceptions to the above policy include the following: 

If a honeydewholistics.com customer receives the wrong item; the customer may contact us at hello@honeydewholistics.com for an exchange by which we will provide a free shipping label.

Honeydew Holistics LLC is not responsible for any mishandling, lost, stolen, damaged products once in the hands of shipping companies, USPS, UPS, FEDEX or any shipping servicers.
