Organic Herbs Used: Raspberry leaf, Dandelion, Chickweed, Calendula, Yarrow, Rosemary, Rose petals, Lavender, and Love.
Each bag will provide you with enough herbs for 3 uses.
Directions: Bring 2 quarts of filtered water to boil. Add 1 cup of the Wise Womb Steam. Simmer on the stove for 5 minutes. This will bring out more of the essential oils in the herbs. Turn off heat and allow water to cool with the lid on for an additional 5 minutes.
You will need to let it cool off for a few moments before you can sit over it. Please be careful when you sit to not burn the sensitive tissues of your vulva.
Place the pot of herbs under your open seated chair, yoni stool, or simply squat over it. Make sure you wear socks and wrap a large blanket closely around you and the pot, so all the heat stays inside. The steam should feel warm and gentle. If it feels too hot, stand up to avoid burns.
Stay sitting, wrapped in the warm blanket, over the steam for about 30 minutes. You can also gently massage your lower abdomen to further enhance the healing process.
After the steam is finished, move directly from the seat to bed, and wrap yourself up with warm covers. Lie down for at least one hour, or ideally for the entire night.
Steam every month before and/or after each menstrual cycle for optimal womb health.
Do not steam if you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant.
Do not steam if you are currently bleeding, have an active vaginal infection, open wounds or an IUD.
